WHAT'S THIS?

It's our way to say thank you for being an important part of our journey. The program is designed to give customers the chance to but items at a discounted price both in store and on the website.

HOW DO I SPEND MY POINTS?

Points can be refund directly on www.waysideshop.com, press the button on the site that says "Fidelity Program", confirm that you want to use the discount and you'll be provided the code to enter on the checkout page or to be given at the time of your in-store purchase.  Acquires discount with rewards program are not combinable with other promotions or discount. The points relating to the purchase information with the voucher will not be accredited.

I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND THE REDEMPTION BUTTON.

The refund button/icon is not supported on safari and on private browsing mode on iMac and/or IOS.

WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Your points have not expiration date.After a year of inactivity on your account your points will be back to 0.
