Shipping

The shipping in Europe is free with an order of at least €100 while with lower orders the cost of shipping is €10 The shipping in Italy is free with an order of at least €50 while for lower orders the shipping cost is €5. The shipping cost for U.S.A. & Canada is €25 The shipping cost for Worldwide is €40 Delivery time: The ordered goods are shipped the day after receipt of payment except in cases where the ordered goods are not available at the moment. In this case we will notify you by email of the possible delay and in any case the shipment will be made within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of payment. Shipments are not made on Saturday and Sunday..

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Pursuant to art.44 of law 7/1996 of January 15 of the retail trade modified by law 47/2002 of December 19) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we send as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order when you first receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
